While you're enjoying your delectable delight, Kristi Slotemaker, owner/educator of River Valley Cheese will teach you the history of how Fondue became Switzerland's national feast and about the secret Swiss Cheese Mafia.
Tickets include instruction and lots of cheese knowledge, melty fondue to snack on in class, and of course some sweet and savory bites to dip in your fondue.
