Chef Jessie Ayala will guide you through the Pasco Farmer’s Market giving tips on how to select the best in-season produce and locally sourced ingredients.  You will then join him and his co-owner and wife, Suzanne, at their restaurant, Ciao Trattoria, for a hands-on demonstration and cooking class, followed by lunch.
