Heartlinks Adult Family Home is set to open in October. Join us for an Open House and Ribbon Cutting from 4 to 6 p.m. on October 1, 2024, at 3920 Outlook Road, Sunnyside.

Tours & Hors d’oeuvres will be available after the ribbon cutting at 4 p.m.

Heartlinks’ four-bedroom adult family home will provide 24/7 licensed care in a loving, group setting that offers the privacy of individual and shared bedrooms. Up to six residents will enjoy:

• Fully furnished, private and shared bedrooms

• Basic housekeeping

• Regular laundry service

• Daily activities

• Three nutritious meals a day plus snacks and beverages

• Medication management

• 24/7 personal and medical care

• Wound care and continence supplies
