When the weather gets warmer there’s nothing better than quality time with your closest friends and family, but before you send out the invitations here’s a list of five things you may want to keep in mind!
SELECT A MENU: It’s important to make sure your guests have something to eat.
SELECT A SETTING: Classy or elegant? Anything goes in the Summer; so, it’s up to you.
CREATE CONTINUITY: Don’t keep everything in one main space. Stations help your guests spread out and mingle.
ANTICIPATE NEEDS: If there’s anything your guests may need, make sure it’s visible and easily accessible.
DON’T FORGET THE TUNES: No party is complete without the perfect playlist!

And what would a party be without the perfect drink? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!
Roberta’s Sangria Margarita
INGREDIENTS |
1 cup Reposado Tequilla
1 cup Margarita Lime Mixer
1 cup Cilantro Simple Syrup*
1 bottle Sauvignon Blanc
2 Oranges, Juiced
1 Lime, Juiced
Sliced Lime, Oranges, and Jalapeno
NOTES |
*Make Cilantro Simple Syrup:
2 cups White Sugar
2 cups Water
4 bundles Fresh Cilantro
Bring to boil, and reduce by half
Also for giggles… If you want to add a little extra spice but save your tastebuds remember to take the seeds and veins out of the jalapenos to reduce the heat factor!
Make the Cilantro Simple Syrup a day in advance so it has time to chill!
